"Overall I like the four in one Parker very well. it's made very good. I especially love all the nice pockets. Your coats are one of the very few that have as many pockets as I like and I like a lot of pockets because I work in a truck stop and I have the need every now and then to carry tools with me parts to fix something equipment work gloves stuff like that so I need a lot of pockets. I also like the size of the pockets they leave plenty of room for what you nee to keep with you. But there is one issue that I was wondering about it seems like when I tried to zip the outer shell not the liner but the outer shell it seemed like it was hard to zip I can't hardly zip it. So I was wondering if it doesn't have a defect in it or maybe it's just me but it seemed like the part that is attached the part of the zipper that is attached to the zipper pull has a little bit too much play in it and I think that is what make is making it hard to zip so I don't know if that's a characteristic of all your jackets or is it just that that jacket is defective cuz like I said the the liner is easy to zip. so I just thought that that was something I would mention and maybe your quality assurance team can take a look at it. But other than the zipper issue just a fantastic coat and jacket and I really love it so again thank you very much."
